All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags still attached. All products must be unwashed/unworn/unused.
All exchanges must be accompanied by your original receipt.
All exchanges must be received by Bluetile within 30 days of purchase.
Should you receive an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit or issue a refund to your credit card. Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for a shipping fee refund.
